Terms of Service

The service
Trust Radar lets businesses display their public Google reviews on their own website via an embeddable widget. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must provide a real email address and keep it accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account, including keeping your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, email us right away.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Add a business you don't own or aren't authorised to represent.
- Misrepresent which Google business profile a widget is sourced from.
- Modify, scrape, or attack the widget's public API endpoints beyond fair use.
- Use the service to harass, defame, or unlawfully target individual reviewers.
Reviewer names and avatars are public information shown by Google; if you have a complaint about a specific review, raise it with Google. We can hide individual reviews from rendering on your widget but cannot remove them from Google.
Trial, billing, and cancellation
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. After the trial, your widget continues to display existing reviews but stops updating until you subscribe. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe at the price displayed at checkout, billed in advance, and renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel any time from Account → Billing → Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Service availability
We aim for the service to be available continuously, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the service down briefly for maintenance, and we depend on third-party processors (listed in our Privacy Policy) that occasionally have outages of their own.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that we have reasonable grounds to believe are involved in fraud or abuse, or that haven't been paid for after the trial ends.
Liability
The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other non-excludable consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. For material changes we'll email account holders. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
